It will collect deposit payments from your group, chase people for the remaining payment, issue your itinerary, distribute travel tickets, sort out your passenger lists, rooming allocations and coach lists . Your Groups Own Bespoke Webpage

Once your trip is confirmed we create a bespoke website/page for your group, complete with personalized homepage and all the information you and your group will need. From a summary page detailing the dates, price, and what is included in the package to sections featuring information about the destination, accommodation, travel, itineraries and optional extras available. To go on this trip all your passengers need to do is click “BOOK NOW” and pay online.

Group Leader Access 24/7

Along with the personalised group web page we create a personalised work station and sales and marketing account for you. From this area you can view sales figures, names of passengers that have booked, message these people, download customised promo material (E-Flyers, HTML code, Sales Tips & Tricks) & order top up’s of posters and flyers.

Facebook Integration

We have integrated our system with Facebook – and as a result your trip automatically sets up as a Facebook Event on your profile (& pulls all the trip and destination information). Anyone who wants to book from here is automatically linked to the Outgoing booking engine.

Flexible Payment

After an initial deposit those traveling on the trip can log back into their booking at any stage and and make regular payments at any time of the day or night.

We certainly recommend utilising our online booking system. However if for any reason you prefer not to use the booking system and manage your own groups bookings – we are of course happy to work with you on this!
